23 weeks first time mom

Okay ladies I’m 23+3 and found out at my anatomy scan that I have an anterior placenta. They said nothing to worry about that everything is fine and it’s away from the cervix. What I’m worried about tho is how hard my little man is kicking. I’ve done some reading and read that people with anterior placentas hardly ever feel baby movement. But my little guy kicks so hard he is starting to stick out with his kicks. Should I be worried he can damage his placenta??
