Hiii I know this is odd but I’m 18 and I have PCOS and I take Junel as a birth control to get my period straight but recently I’ve been late on it due to hectic schedule but I spot blood and have tummy pain and slight cramps a week or so after this

Could I be pregnant or could it be cervical cancer ?

I know anyone who answers can’t give me for sure answer but I will be taking a test just I wanna know if anyone else has went through this . And knows ? Or can give similar story , thank you for the help :(
