Weird thing happening to areolas...

I’m on my third round of femara (letrozole) and I’m now on day 25 af due in two days. This morning before getting in the shower I noticed there’s weird dry looking spots on my areolas. Like veiny looking dry spots that go up to the edge. Doesn’t hurt or anything at all...

Wtf is going on!?
