Please no judgment!

I am a pro mother that gets my children vaccinated, I just found out that my best friend's stepchildren are not vaccinated they are 5 and 4 years old. I am due with a little boy in the next 2 months and these friends I'm around almost 3 times a week has anyone ever run into a situation where they're around children that are not vaccinated and have a infant. Need some opinions or maybe medical advice as to if we should stay clear of these children that are not vaccinated.

I've never run into a situation where my little was around unvaccinated kids.
