Period pains but pregnant?

Is it normal to feel normal period pains, like for me my lower back is what kills me during my period. I’m 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant based on my last period. Today I started feeling period back pains. Had a miscarriage in November. So terrified I’m going to have another one. So normal or not normal??

With my daughter, who is now 15 months, I didn’t even bother testing because I had such bad, typical period cramps leading up to my expected period that I knew AF was showing.... but then she didn’t show and I was pregnant. Best thing you can do is try to relax and not stress even though it’s easier said than done.

I was 100% certain my period was coming I would have bet my entire bank account on it! But my test was positive I was soooo shocked!! I cramped like that for at least 2 weeks! I was 3w5d as well when I found out. Unfortunately that pregnancy ended at 8 weeks for me but it had NOTHING to do with the early cramping!! It’s just your body doing work!!! Try to relax and congrats !

When I was pregnant with my son (my only successful pregnancy of 4) days leading up to when my period was due I felt small cramps but it wasn’t as strong as my regular period cramps
