Good afternoon ladies!

I have a general question and advice. I had a miscarriage on NYE and bled for about 5-6 days after. I was super early only 5weeks2days and so it just felt like a normal period! My husband and I had sex for the first time after my miscarriage on the 16th of January and today I just felt nauseous and my boobs hurt a little. I took a First Response Digital because I had it left over from before and I just felt off. I took it expecting to see a negative but I got this!! Is this for real? Can it happen this fast?

Btw side note: I had an ultrasound after my miscarriage and not sign of pregnancy, all tissue passed and I got a blood test a week ago and it showed HCG levels under a 5! So I’m wondering if this could really be it!?
