Ovulation pain on both sides with Femara?!

CD11 and I’m having aches in my ovaries on both sides, I’m confused

I never had any pains with ovulation on femara - do you normally get pain with ovulation, or do you not normally ovulate? I did ovulate on both sides the month I got pregnant though, and I ended up having twins. I was unmonitored too and my doctor said next time (if there is a next time) I will be more closely monitored. Anyway, just to reassure you a bit, even if you do release more than one egg it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have multiples (the eggs would need to be fertilised, implant, etc so there are many steps).

Yes. For me it’s normal on Femara.

I’ve had pain in both around expected time of ovulation on clomid as well.
It’s terrible.
I was stuck in the fetal position a lot because I could barely move from being in so much pain.
