Slow heart rate? 14w4d

I had my 14 week check up today and my doctor struggled to find baby’s heartbeat with the Doppler. She finally found it and said it was 128, that’s the first time they’ve been able to find it with the Doppler. His heart rate has always run 138-144ish at my ultrasounds so now I’m super concerned. She said it was fine and that he could have been sleeping but that hasn’t eased my mind. Has anyone else’s baby’s heart rate been low?

My baby heart rate fluctuate throughout the day between 157-170. As long as the heart rate doesn’t drop below 120, you’re fine. Baby was more than likely sleep mama.

A girl I worked with said her babies heart rate was low. I’m not 100% sure what it was but it was around what yours is. She was a smoker though and didn’t stop so I think that was the cause. I’m sure your baby is fine. If your doctor isn’t too concerned about it i wouldn’t be either. You can always buy a Doppler to use at home as well
