Alright mommas I need some insight. My son turns a month old tomorrow, and for the last 2.5 weeks now we have been dealing with him screaming his head off alllll day long after feedings. He is never ever content or happy it really makes me sad. I bounced back and forth thinking maybe he has milk allergy or intolerance but he’s gaining weight like crazy and barley any spit up at all. Then when I brought it up to his pedi they suggested colic. I truly don’t think it’s colic. He screams like he’s being killed all day long and is starting to at night now. He barley ever passes gas and it’s sooo hard to get a burp out of him so now I’m starting to think it’s a gas build up and he’s in pain from it, and when he does burp he starts crying even harder like it hurts, same thing even he is trying to poop or even letting out some gas. Is there anything I can do or something his pedi can prescribe for him? I religiously do bicycles, gas drops, probiotic drops, and just switched his formula 2 days ago to a more broken down one that has probiotics in it as well. I’m desperate, I just want my baby to be happy and not in pain. Not even exaggerating when I say it’s non stop all day and now starting into the night and he has not been even remotely content while awake since he was about 2 weeks old.
