Milk to donate -PA

My daughter turned 2 in September and still nurses. I have a lot of breastmilk in my deep freezer and kitchen freezer that we will not use all up because she doesn't drink as much anymore. A bunch has already passed the 1 year expiration date of the deep freezer. I'm looking to directly donate to someone. I don't use drugs/alcohol/smoke. I'm still taking prenatal vitamins. I just don't feel like going thru the whole blood testing and paperwork, etc. to donate to a milk bank. I was donating to a Co worker but once she stopped working for the company she hasn't kept in contact. I live about an hour+ from Philadelphia.
