Second period in 1 month

I had my period bout 3 weeks ago and now i have it again. And I’m not actually due for another week. Is this normal? First time for experiencing this. I see my gyno in a few weeks I will definitely bring it up with him. Just wanna know if anyone else experiences irregular periods like this
