Can you tell the difference between sore boobs that are related to preggo or just pms?

My boobs have felt so heavy for the past 3 days, my nipples are sore and the whole breasts are sensitive to touch! Usually they just feel slightly uncomfortable if I run with pms. . Is there anyway to differentiate between pregnancy or pms or do I just wait it out?! I’m 11dpo and bfn so far ☹️

I got them much earlier in my cycle than I typically would have if it was pms!

Sadly they kind of felt the same for me as far as pms and pregnancy. But I think it worsens after you find out you are pregnant.

When I was pregnant back in August before mc they felt tingly. If you have ever breastfed and know when it feels like to have a let down your boobs get all tingely and weird feeling. That’s what I was kinda having and also sensitive nipples. Not really sore. And now I’m 11 dpo and have that tingly letdown feeling again so fingers crossed! 🤞🏽🌈

I could tell. It was a more deep intense pain for me. With my period it would only hurt for a day or two then tamper off. But my boobs have been hurting since I found out I was pregnant which has been about three weeks ago lol

I always had really awful breast pain right before my period and when I got pregnant I never had any boob pain it was wild lol
