Where’s aunt flow?

My period is late-like it’s never been this late since I had my daughter 12 years ago 😩! I’ve taken three tests, all have come back negative but it’s 13 days after my cycle was to start and still nothing. I had spotting for three days two weeks ago and a few hours of spotting last week on Tuesday-nothing more! My breasts were extremely tender to the point where wearing wearing a bra was painful, I’m queasy often, get dizzy when teaching so I have to sit now and I made Alfredo last week and the aroma of the sauce made me vomit. What’s wrong with me? 😭😭
