I’m currently 24 weeks and EXHAUSTED. I work 830-630 with a 45 min break TWO HOURS after I get there. 2 girls gave their 2 weeks today brining us to a total of being 9 teachers short!! I work child care (infants) which I’m fine with but being short makes me and another infant teacher have to combine classes making us deal with 10 babies all day when I really only have 4. The Director isn’t hiring anyone because she recently applied to another school...Also when I was hired I told her I can’t close. She told me that’s fine and a week after I started she changed my hours to closing and promised once I get an assistant I won’t be closing anymore.. I don’t need a assistant because I’m in ratio so there’s no rush. I love working there but the management is making it super hard. I live an hr away, but my bf works on the street behind he school so it’s really convenient for the both of us. I guess I’m just venting.
