Weight Gain
Hey all. I recently started this 90 day challenge to lose weight. At the end, i want to feel very healthy mentally, emotionally, and physically. I am 5’6 and 19 years old I wanted to know if anyone has any tips or words of encouragement. I’ve been struggling with weight loss for a while, and it’s hard to discipline what is good eating. I know what is, it’s just that my will power is very weak. :/ I also love to exercise but rarely have time. I really want to do this but i’m struggling. Please help!!!
