Currently 38 weeks pregnant is it normal to have pain during sex after 10 minutes or more ??

I’m 35 weeks and had sex last night and bled afterwards I was so scared!! It was because my cervix is sensitive at this point apparently. I called my doctor immediately and they said it’s normal and would change to spotting but to keep an eye on it. I usually have slight cramping after sex being this pregnant. Def going to take it easy from now on...

If it’s painful you shouldn’t continue with it.

Pain? Hmm not sure. I don’t think it’s normal per se. For me I would say it’s uncomfortable but if it’s painful, you should stop and chat to the doctor. It’s probably due to everything changing down there.
