Positive Fetal Fibronectin Test: When did labor begin?

Question

I am currently 32 weeks, and received a positive Fetal Fibronectin test today after experiencing some contractions/spotting. I am curious if others have had a positive test, what steps were taken to prevent preterm labor, and when labor actually set in. Thank you!!

I’m 31 weeks and I got a test came back positive.... they put my in bed rest put on nifedipine every 4 hours to control my contraccions... I got a dose of steroids I’m getting another one tomorrow..... I just hope this contractions go away

I am 24 weeks pregnant today, 2 weeks ago I went in to the ER with contractions had a positive ffn test, still having contractions, they started me on steroid shots to help baby's lungs, and also Nifedipine to help relax the cervix with contractions. My cervix is short 2.8 and having another ultrasound next week, if ultrasound shows changes on cervix they will send me to the hospital. I am praying for baby to stay in longer
