Female orgasm question

So...this is kinda TMI and weird but the past few times my husband has made me orgasm, it's been really strong and almost painful. I mean, it still feels good but it's just really...intense. And it hasn't been like that in the past. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know why this could be?
