Is anyone else a little bit sad that we have to have periods again soon?

pregnancy has been a whole new kind of difficult, but man have I enjoyed not worrying about my period these 9 months!

I didn’t get my period back for 4/6 months after birth due to breastfeeding. BUT at this point I’d take the period over being pregnant haha. I’m done with this haha, too many mood swings,crying, gestational diabetes. Gimme the tampons baby I’m ready!!

Yup. I got my period back 5 weeks pp with my son, even with breastfeeding. 🙄
I had the Mirena, which helped for awhile, but not sure I want to go that route again.

I know it doesn’t work for everyone, but I breastfed for six months and did not get my period back for six months. Best part about breast feeding!
On a related note, my periods use to be quite painful. After I had my first baby they lessoned up quite a bit on the cramping! I don’t know if that is normal or not, but it was a nice side effect. My guess is the mussels got stretched out more, or something....

I got to skip my period for 18 months with my first by EBF... 🤞🏻🤞🏻 fingers crossed that my luck holds out with this kid. It’s probably the only physical benefit of being pregnant...

I pumped for my son he was a preemie and didn’t latch. I pumped for him for 11months and right after I got my period.

I only had my period back for 4 months before I got pregnant with this babe due to my last pregnancy and then EBF 😬 went a whopping 21 months without a period. It was glorious lol. Hoping this round is similar.

Haven’t thought of it but now that you mention it....no lmao. I want this baby out. 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️but I get it! It’s great not worrying about it. I’ve just not had the best time being pregnant.
