Drying up??

Question

Any one have advice or tips to increase milk production? I recently went on a business trip and was pumping 30oz in a day but since I came home I’m lucky to get 18oz. With how much my LO is eating I will never keep up! I’m trying the upspring milk flow packets but haven’t seen any changes to production.

Flood yourself with water. It's amazing how it increases my supply and how fast it does. My daughter has found that it works too. I also eat oatmeal with a few tablespoons of wheat germ in it. Not sure what it is but it sure helps. Of course I see raving reviews on the brownies, which I'd love to try. I haven't had to yet as I just pick up a gallon of water when I start getting low and make sure I finish it in one day. It really does help. The power pump works too if you have the time for it.

Have you tried milky mama supplements? They helped me quite a bit at the beginning... they have emergency brownies that are supposed to work pretty quickly.

I just went back home to visit family last week and took the same dip. I was getting 30 oz too and dropped to like 20ish. Have you tried legendairy milk supplements? They helped me tremendously when I first started taking them. I dipped this time just not being able to pump enough and not taking my supplements. I’m working on getting back to 30 oz and I’m drinking more water, getting extra pumps in and taking my supplements again.
