The day before I start I literally can’t stay awake. And when I am awake, I’m just ANGRY. Don’t know how my boyfriend deals with me honestly😂 he says “I’m not putting up with you, I’m given the opportunity to work through things with you.” He’s the sweetest.

It depends. Sometimes I’m super emotional and bloated, hungry etc. Other times I feel emotionless and not hungry at all.

Pre menstrual I'm usually emotional whether it's sad or angry, and I get very irritated more easily than I usually do. And I tend to crave meat like a burger or juicy steak haha
