Could I be pregnant?

My period started on the 4th of January and isn’t for another five days but...

January 18 started noticing insane breast tenderness and enlargement. Then a day or two later I noticed my areola was big, round and darker. My boobs are veiny.

Every day mid day I feel dizzy and faintish. Low blood sugar?

I had some mild cramps earlier and for the past three days I’ve had mild dull low tummy and low back cramps.

My period symptoms and my period are pretty regular and routine so this is all new and out of the ordinary. Anyone else’s body randomly change cycles and symptoms? Or could I be pregnant?
