How do you get motivated?
Do you ladies have any insights on how to get motivated to lose weight and get healthier? I KNOW it needs to happen, but I have 5 young children and I’m SO exhausted all the tine, even with 8 hours of sleep. Plus finances are tight right now or else I’d join a gym that offers childcare. I know many people do it with young children, but I’m seriously struggling. Thanks!
