Ex drama

Okay my ex from 2012 and share a son which I raise and is 10 years old. Well ex lives in texas and is a dead beat. He has committed perjury and was forced to pay attorney fees. He lies to get VA funds and lied to get out of military. He makes mega and married in Texas. Which is fine with me. I have our baby well he’s 10 but still my baby. I never speak one word negative about him. Heck I encourage a relationship as he is his father. I always have.

He is contacting anyone I come in contact with. Searching social media(which I don’t have). But finding people. Even my family. I’m worried about him reaching out to my clients. He’s drinking taking pills and just sick. We live in Florida and the laws suck.

We have good ole freedom of speech so almost impossible to accuse of defamation of character and not worth my time and money but I will get letter. If I can create less rights for timeshare with our son I’ll do it. Until he’s either healed or our son is older. That’s the goal. I want to succeed as a mother and it’s so hard lately whenever he goes to visit his dad bc he comes home and has to see a counselor bc his dad brainwashes him and creates anxiety. I’m so blessed he’s a great kid.

He didn’t get him for years. Now only to make me mad. I’m just looking for advice I suppose. I don’t respond to the late night text and nasty comments. Never. My friends don’t nor family. My new guy dating told me tonight about a message on Facebook he sent him. Which was Sunday evening. The same night I had my latest text talking trash to me. I brush it off. I’m just looking for some advice if you’ve experienced such. Thanks
