So I just found out I was pregnant I’m 18 and just need to know what I should do along the lines of doctors vitamins and all that kind of stuff. Any and all advice is helpful

More than likely you will not get an appointment until you’re around 8 weeks. Maybe after depending on the doctor. For vitamins just take any prenatal vitamins. Gummies May work well for you if you’re not good with pills.

First things first... call any local obgyns to set up a first appointment. I didnt feel the need to interview them. But you do have that option. I just picked the one who had the best reviews. Lol. Confirm pregnancy and due date with an ultrasound aka first on visit. 
Second... start taking your prenatals.
The rest will fall into place.
