It is only bad in case of developing an addiction (as with everything - alcohol isn't bad unless you're dependent on it), or if you struggle to differentiate between what is real and what isn't. For example, it is not healthy to compare yourself to people you see in porn, to expect your sex life to go the same way, etc. It can create unrealistic expectations but as long as you're aware of it, it shouldn't harm you.
