For those of you that have dealt with this...

If I had a miscarriage at 4-5 weeks, would I get a positive pregnancy test a day after the miscarriage? Or is it possible to have a really early miscarriage and never get a positive?

I don’t want to consider something a miscarriage that clearly isn’t, but I’ve had one before, and during this cycle’s “period”, I had a (different but similar) tissue type of thing come out. I’m not sure how to tell the difference between it and normal bleeding. It looked like more than just a normal blood clot. And I was using a tampon and have never had something fall out of me after taking a tampon out (it usually all just sticks and soaks into the tampon-no matter how heavy my period has gotten).

I just took a test... does it look positive? Line showed up right away and is clear as day in person.
