Paleo diet and saw a Chinese medicine doctor and started taking supplements.  Got my positive within 3 months

I am trying to be as strict as I can with my diet.... for now. There are a lot of conflicting opinions about what we should and should not eat; mostly Bc a lot does depend on each woman's own needs. So I figure I would start out strict and after at least 3 weeks then I will start to add foods back into my diet.
So to start:
No dairy
No gluten
No sugar
Only berries for fruit
Lean white meats - poultry and fish 
No red meat
Half of my plate with greens 
1/2 cup of slow release carbs with meals like brown rice, quinoa, sweet potato, and buckwheat. 
And trying to supplement vitamins I may need like magnesium and vitamin D etc
