I went to the doctor today and saw a number on the scale I never thought I’d see. I haven’t been happy with my body in a long time, but I never expected it to get this far. Something needs to change.

I’m completely out of shape. I have a burning hatred for working out of any kind. I love food more than people.

What are y’alls best tips for losing weight, getting in shape, gaining muscle, and toning up? For someone as lazy and unmotivated and food crazy as me, it’s gonna be hard. 😂
