Confused AF

okay so i’m on the pill went on antibiotics 2 days after having unprotected sex but he didn’t cum in me and kindaaaa got scared i was pregnant and because of me being sick i decided to skip my period and a week and a bit later (today) i took a pregnancy text and it came out negative but by boobs hurt soooooo much and i took 2 pregnancy test and both came back one line and i was meant to get my period 3 days ago so i’m definitely not pregnant but this is the first time i have skipped my period and i’m wondering if that’s why my boobs could be hurting but idk?????
