First trimester and strange spots?

Since my mc I panic about everything but I’m currently a few weeks pregnant and woke up with this line of spots on my leg, anyone know what it is?

Definitely not an allergic reaction lol. Looks like you make have rubbed against it too hard or scratched too hard with pants on or something. Doesn’t look concerning

The week before I found out I was pregnant I had these all over my stomach and a few on my thigh. Everyone was telling me it was scabies, but I didn’t go to the doctor for them. Just itch cream and they stopped popping up eventually 🤷‍♀️
