Healthy foods with Iron for Pregnancy
Egg whites, Green Veggies ex: Kale, Spinach, broccoli etc, Whole Grains ex: rice, cereals, oatmeals, Red & Lean meats ex: steak, lean ground beef & chicken (make sure to cook ALL meats well maybe even over cook it a lil) tuna & salmon in moderation as the (Mercury in fish can be unsafe if eaten too much.)
Along with your fruits & dairy.
