Okay so this is two parts.

1. Does anyone else's LO just start screaming in their sleep and then wake up upset? It's heartbreaking and I have no idea why. It happens only during the day (so far) when I finally get him down for a nap. Sometimes only for like 20 min.

Which bring us to..

2. He's refusing naps now and just starts to scream and cry bc he's overly tired. He'll fall asleep nursing and then the moment I put him down, he wakes up and will eventually get really upset. He's pretty good at night, only waking once or twice and goes back down fine (please stay this way 🙏)

I'm attributing to 3 month leap/growth spurt that he's just generally fussier but anyone else dealing with this? It's been a couple weeks now and wondering if it will pass or I need to change something.
