7 weeks 4 days today and last night I had some pink spotting. At first I thought maybe it was just my hand behind the TP causing the colour but I wiped a few more times and got some light pink. (Tbh I kind of reached up into me a little bit and found it) I managed to kind of calm myself but later I went to the bathroom again and found some more pink, a little more vivid this time. It’s not in my underwear at all, just when I wipe.

No cramping but I called the on call doctor and he said just to stay off my feet and go to the ER if I have clots or bad cramps. I understand there’s nothing he can do but he wasn’t very comforting.

I managed to sleep but very poorly and I’m just exhausted mentally and physically. I already have an ultrasound scheduled for this Friday so I’m just hoping the next few days will be okay and I can manage not to fall apart anymore. This mornings wipe found a very small amount of darker brown stringy mucus. Didn’t really put my mind at ease.

I don’t how women do this multiple times.

ETA: haven’t had sex recently and my last transvaginal was weeks ago.
