10 weeks, first appt

I'm really nervous about today. I have my first prenatal appointment. With my first son the appt went really well, they did an ultrasound in office, I got pictures and heard the heartbeat. I also had an emergency c section due to preeclampsia at 32 weeks with my son. Will this make them more prone to doing an ultrasound sound today? For some reason I just feel like they aren't going too. I'm a nervous wreck. I just want my baby to be ok.
