I went to the dr super excited yet nervous after mis carrying 3 years ago. Yesterday was my first appointment and a vaginal u/s was done. According to my lmp I am 8 weeks, but the Dr only saw 2empty sacs no embryo, she said I measure 5-6 weeks. I feel so devastated, not another miscarriage. I was sent to the lab for a drawn blood to see my level of hcg. Which is 105,853 ml. Now I need to go back this coming Friday another drawn blood to determine if hcg levels are dropping or rising. Has this happened to anyone else. Need strength 😢

All I’m wondering is could if I implanted late.
