Me and my partner have been ttc for 2 years our fertility is fine we’ve both taken supplements to help and I’ve been taking folic acid for ages we’ve tried conceive plus preseed everything and just nothing works😭 any suggestions? We have sex every other day!! My periods are always regular

Also I can't attest to it yet, but I just started doing meditation to calming music, specifically a playlist caller fertility meditation. I can't say its worked but I can say it helps calm me 😊

Try the sperm meets egg plan, have sex every other day, then once you get a positive opk, have sex three days, take a break, then go one more time. Track your cervical mucus as well, that's the best way to tell when you are ovulating
