Anyone having a daily cup of coffee? ☕️

I want to but I can't anymore. The thought makes me sick.

The smell makes me sick. It’s been rough adjusting from going to 2+ cups a day to none. About 8 weeks pregnant, have a 17 month old and work full time a NP in the hospital. Definitely not easy 😰

I switched to instant decaf. I HATE it, but I have to have some kind of coffee taste to feel awake. I also have a very active 4 year old, and work full-time in a preschool.

Before Xmas I realized I was drinking alot so I stopped saying it was my new years resolution (started before new years) and then now I find out I'm pregnant so it was a sign from myself I guess lol

One glorious cup every morning. I know some people say they stop because of nausea, but a cup of coffee still takes amazing to me!

I couldn’t live without it. I’m chasing a 10m around and a full time student. I drink one and if I get to finish I’m lucky ☺️

I drink one cup a day. I'm not worried about it. My ob said the same thing. I had a toddler to chase around and take care of during the day. I'm not sleeping at night due to all day sickness. I won't go over 1 cup though.

I’m making decaf in the morning, but I’ll have up to 1/2 cup of regular if I’m really dragging

I’m down to just 1/4 to 1/2 cup in the morning.
