We ended up in L&D twice this weekend, and I have been panicked and stressed since the first time. I had some bleeding on Friday that continued into Sunday & thought there was a possibility I was leaking fluid Monday afternoon. Both baby & I checked out okay, but the doctors both said that the reason they suspected these issues was because I was exerting too much. The guilt I have felt over the past few days has been unreal. The stress & anxiety has given me a fear of being alone, I can barely breathe if my SO is in the other room twenty feet from me. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? I could definitely use some advice on how to get back to normal-ish.
