What degree of symptoms are you experiencing or did experience at 7 weeks?

This is my first pregnancy. I’m 6w5d and have very little symptoms. Sore boobs, mild cramping, backaches and congestion.

Started feeling VERY sore nipples before I even realized my period was late at like 4-5 weeks, morning sickness started with a vengeance right at 6, and now at 7 it’s all of the above, along with lower back pain, headaches, moodiness (sorry babe) and crazy fatigue. Remind me why people do this to themselves again?? 😂

All day, every day; exhaustion and a dry mouth no matter how much water I drink. On and off; peeing a lot, out of breath, mild cramping, sore boobs, flatulence and headaches. Symptoms come and go, I was nauseous a lot at night until 6+3 weeks, haven't been nauseous since. Now I am 7+4 weeks and so far it looks pretty much the same as my pregnancy with my son.

A lot 😫 peeing all the dang time, nausea, exhaustion, boobs KILL, short of breath etc

Tired and nauseous is about it. Occasional mild cramping. No sore boobs or vomiting.
