8 days late toke 2 tests 1 digital one not both say no so can anyone help me understand why my period gos late without being pregnant? Is it because of the vitamins im takeing? Im 23 ( have 1 kid already) so i know it works down there lol

I been trying to have a secound baby for 3years i just started takeong upspring fertility boast im on my second bottle i was on pure macca pills but i dident like the way i was feeling from them so I switched these still have macca in them though so I don’t relly know what to do should I switch again?
