Losing weight just isn’t working...
I am a teenager and know I shouldn’t be loosing weight, or be afraid of gaining weight... but I am, last year I tried to start dieting with different types of diets, the longest I did one was about two months, and it literally only made me gain weight. I am 70-ish lbs over weight, and I just want to be normal and not have to worry about getting tired after sprinting a full 6 minutes. My parents got a gym subscription(or what ever it’s call) so I go to the gym and do workout whenever I can. I am still trying to find a diet, that makes me feel fulfilled after eating, but I can still loose weight, many of my friends promised that they would do the dieting with me but I just can’t find anything that works... NOTE THAT I UNDERSTAND A TEENAGERS SHOULDN’T WORRY ABOUT WEIGHT, IM SORRY IF IT BOTHERS YOU THAT I POST THIS, BUT MY WEIGHT BOTHERS ME AND I WANT TO BE IN A HEALTHY BODY, WITHOUT ADAPTING TO AN EATING DISORDER LIKE ANOREXIA OR BULIEMIA.
I want to loose weight, not be hungry, and still be happy about my body, cause honestly I’m sick and tired of my weight being used as a weapon against me...
can anyone please help?
