Cramping after ovulation?
I had a positive ovulation test on Monday, now today I’m having cramping in my lower stomach more so on the left side and it’s a dull achey feeling, we’ve been trying to conceive for over 2 years and I’ve never ever cramped after ovulation, I also had some brown spotting today. Anyone have any insight? I did take an ovulation test today and it was definitely negative.
