Has anyone read the book, Making Babies?

I just started listening to this book on Audible.  If you've used this program, has it helped with conceiving?

So far I have been implementing its suggestions as well as that of the Infertilty Cure by Randine Lewis. I take dhea, 2 chinese herbal pill blends, daily vitamin, primrose oil, royal jelly, eat cruciferous veggies cut out dairy and caffeine and alcohol (easier than I thought because I now call them baby repellant), do acupuncture weekly, cut out refined carbs except whole grains, make sure my mucous is alkaline, etc.
I am also on clomid and use Ovusense. My cycles are normal and I ovulate. Not pregnant yet.
