Breastfeeding after 1

Hi Mama’s!

So my LO will be 1 on the 6th (😭) just trying to figure out what breastfeeding after 1 is going to look like? I don’t want to breastfeed for much longer but I don’t want to go cold turkey. I’m not sure am I supposed to start him on whole milk or half-and-half or how much to nurse? Just looking for some tips/advice. Thanks in advance!
