I’m really upset. I’m due in a few weeks and originally I have told my mom and sister they could be in the room with my fiancé and I when we have our baby girl. Well, my fiancé isn’t comfortable with this because him and my family don’t get along. I feel like I do need to respect his wishes, so I expressed that with my sister and told her they can be in the room while I labor- but for delivery, we want that intimate moment with just us. Well. She is super upset about it and I don’t know how to get her to understand. She’s never had a baby so she’s never had to deal with this. She’s super short with me now and said my decision is “annoying”.

Any ideas how I can try to mend this?
