When will the catnapping endddddd

I’m so exhausted! Everyday I’m hopeful that she will nap longer than 30minutes and then at 29 minutes she starts stirring! I’ve tried everything and nothing works. I’m so frustrated

Sometimes my girl does this. She starts looking for me. If I'm nearby, I try to avoid eye contact and much movement. Sometimes she'll fall back asleep, sometimes not.
How's she sleeping at night? It's only day two but since I started night training two nights ago and she's been sleeping better, she's had longer naps. It may not be related but I hope it keeps up.

I was right there with you girl! The only thing that works for us is appropriate wake times and her napping in her crib with a sound machine and black out curtains!

Same!! The Dr asked was she getting good naps at her 6 month appointment.  I just laughed. She takes 4-5 20-30minute naps a day. And wakes once a night still.

Same! I was told it's typically because the baby doesn't need as much sleep anymore, but also can't stay awake long enough to not need those naps. Once this phase is over, likely your LO will have one less nap than they do now. We're going from 4 to 3 and it's brutal :(

My daughter has been like this from almost the start 😔😔 her night sleep was great until now 😩 she's waking up three times through the night now
