How long does it take a 18 month old to get over jet lag? We went back to the uk for 2 weeks and he didn’t really eat or sleep well the whole time, now we are back home and he’s eating like a champ again but sleep is all over the place 🤦♀️ we have been back for 4 days and his body clock still doesn’t seem to have adjusted any
