Exercising after delivery?
Hey everyone! So I gave birth vaginally about a week ago. I did experience a 2nd degree tear during delivery that has resulted in quite a bit of discomfort this past week. For those that have had a similar experience (or knowledge in this area) - When were you finally able to begin light exercise following delivery? More specifically, when is it okay to begin doing simple crunches or other light core work? I don’t plan to do anything that causes any pain or discomfort where my stitches are but I wanted to make sure that as long as I’m not feeling any pulling or pain when crunching that it’s okay to do so soon after delivery?
