YUUUUCK!! I’m 40+3 and I woke up feeling like I slept on every body part wrong. Ouch. I got acupuncture and Acupressure and she was moving like crazy. I lost my mucus plug about a week ago now. Now I’m in bed because I felt so dizzy I couldn’t stand and I feel like I’m on the most miserable period I’ve ever had. Awful horrible crampy pains very low. It’s actually pretty painful... but they aren’t contractions, my tummy isn’t tightening. Could my labor be starting? This is an absolutely disgusting feeling :(
